This treatment works by the application of pressure whilst stretching the muscle. Trauma or micro trauma causes muscles to become too tight or too loose. this is controlled by our nervous system. This technique tricks the nervous system and re-sets the muscles memory to in effect restores the muscles to the correct length. This technique can be used on anyone with chronic muscle pain.

 Muscle Energy Techniques

This is an active method which involves participation from the client. this works on the principal that as one muscle contracts the opposing muscle relaxes. This restores the muscles function and increases flexibility and range of movement.
